Welcome to my bio!  I am so excited to provide support and encouragement along side of you. A little about me: I enjoy nature, taking walks with my dogs, spending time with my children, playing volleyball, listening to live music and spending time with my friends and family. My passion is listening to others, offering support and empowering you to reach your goals.  I am so grateful to be a part of this process with you.  

 

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, “talk therapy”, motivational interviewing, guided meditation, mindfulness, teaching coping techniques, EFT, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy and strength-based therapy. My specialties consists of clients with  depression, anxiety, self-esteem/self-confidence concerns, new illness, goal setting, life transitions, life stressors, work stress and relationship issues.  Figuring out your values sound simple but this can be life changing, we will discover these together. The population I serve varies from ages 13 and up.  I believe you have the answers within you.

My goal is to create a safe place for individuals and families to come for individual support, offering empathy, guidance and discovering creative ways to support one another throughout the transitions in life. I empower clients to take charge of their choices and embrace the present. I enjoy working with clients of various backgrounds, I learn about you and how I can help you.  Rapport is a real thing!  I will do my best to connect with you and approach topics and problems sensitively so we can grow together.
